areas into practicable ones, whether they are waterproofed or not, also allowing the laying of cables and pipes that are normally present in offices, shops, and
work environments.
For this reason, raised floors are mainly used in new buildings but also in refurbishing projects where maximum design and flexibility are required; or simply to
ease inspection of the waterproofing layer, pipes, cables, etc.
To all these adjustable pedestals can be added a self-leveling head of 7%, thus becoming an adjustable self-leveling plot.
