You will achieve it in four simple steps:
- After spreading the adhesive, place a base under the tile at each intersection. Depending on the format of the tile, one or more pieces per side will be needed.
- Insert the wedge into the tile spacer gap.
- Applying pressure on the wedge with the pliers will assure a perfectly levelled and even surface. Be careful not to reach the breaking point.
- Once the adhesive is dry, separate the upper part of the base with a tap following the joint line. A rubber mallet can be used for this purpose, and in any case the pieces can be gently kicked.
